Pre-Production Graphics Assistant

Location: Green Bay, WI Type: Full Time Shift: Days Monday-Friday Wage: Based on experience

Snapshot: The Pre-Production Graphics Assistant plays an integral role in our production team. This position will work within the art department to provide proofs based on the needs of the customer and create packets that include flexographic plates, templates, and other pertinent information necessary for the machine operators to complete their jobs.

Machine Operator

Location: Green Bay, WI    Type: Full or Part Time   Shift: A & C Shift – Mon/Wed or Thurs/Sat (4am-4pm)  Wage: Based on Experience

Now hiring entry level and experienced Machine Operators:

  • NO SWING SHIFTS! You work the same days every week.
  • 3 days – 12-hour shifts (3 Days On / 4 Days Off)
  • Opportunities available to work 36 hours and be paid for 40 hours

Snapshot: Machine Operators are responsible for all aspects of operating a bag-making machine with in-line printing presses. Duties include assisting with machine set-up, adjusting to maintain product quality and consistency, packaging product produced by the machine and performing periodic visual and system-based quality inspections to insure proper and consistent adherence to quality standards and customer specifications.

Baler Operator

Location: Green Bay, WI    Type: Full   Shift: Days (M-F 7am-3pm)    Wage: Based on Experience

  • NO swing or rotating shift
  • Opportunity for overtime
  • Benefits effective 1st of month following hire date
  • PTO offered within First Year

Snapshot: The Baler Operator is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the production floor. They assist in collecting paper scrap bins from the production floor and processing scrap through the baler machine, moving bales to designated area via forklift when complete.

Maintenance Technician

Location: Green Bay, WI    Type: Full Time   Shift: Mon – Fri (6am-4pm)  Wage: starting at $30/hr, depending on experience

Snapshot: Maintenance Technicians will perform expert maintenance on our paper converting lines and general facility equipment. This includes responsibility for preventative maintenance and machine installation as well as maintaining necessary tools, parts, and supplies for producing paper bags and troubleshooting repairs throughout the facility.

Set Up/Change Over Tech

Location: Green Bay, WI Type: Full Time Shift: A & B Shift (Mon – Wed and every other Thurs 4am-4pm or 4pm-4am) or C Shift (Thurs – Sat and every other Wed 4am-4pm)  Wage: up to $24.00, depending on shift & experience. 

Snapshot: As a set up/change over tech you’ll be responsible for the efficient set up of paper bag making equipment. Performing multiple set ups or change overs per shift and troubleshooting any issues or breakdown of equipment throughout the shift. A set up/change over tech is also a key player in the daily cleaning and care of converting equipment to maintain optimum efficiencies.

Warehouse Associate/Material Handler

Location: Green Bay, WI    Type: Full Time   Shift: Mon – Wed (4pm-4am) or Thurs – Sat Days (4am-4pm)  Wage: Based on Experience – Work 36/Paid for 40 on weekend shift

Snapshot:  Material Handlers are responsible for preparing and staging materials for production and shipping functions. This includes, but is not limited to processing, verifying and completing inventory, picking orders, delivering materials to and from the production floor and a variety of other shipping/receiving related tasks.
