- Die Specifications: We use a .250 Magnesium Die (.0625 to .09375 relief) with centerlines.
- Design Placement: May move up to ¼” in any direction.
- Alignment Tolerance: Side-to-side alignment tolerance of 1/8″.
- Design Considerations: Our process is optimized for positive images with less than 25% coverage. The quality and placement of the copy may be influenced by bag features such as thumb notches, seams, and gusset creases, all under the umbrella of our stringent production approval process.
