For more than 40 years, Wisconsin Converting, Inc. has been producing and supplying our customers with high-quality paper bags to fit their every need. We’re looking for individuals to join our team who will continue to provide the premium product our customers have come to expect from WCI.

Snapshot: The Marketing and Communications Coordinator is responsible for providing the continuously improving and forward-thinking mindset needed to develop Wisconsin Converting’s marketing strategy. This position will promote products and services to external customers and sales representatives through social media and our company’s website, and will oversee projects from inception to implementation.

Daily Responsibilities Include:

  • Plan, direct and organize advertising and promotional campaigns
  • Creating and distributing marketing material
  • Collaborating with internal departments to promote the company culture and maintaining open, efficient communication.
  • Developing and maintaining an online presence through online sales, social media, and WCI’s website.
  • Directing and evaluating market research and providing detailed feedback and creative solutions

Requirements:

  • Website design and content development
  • Above average computer literacy
  • High level analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong sense of intellectual curiosity
  • Well organized and attentive to detail

Education Requirements:

  • Secondary degree or equivalent experience in marketing, sales or related field

Experience Requirements:

  • 2 years’ experience in marketing, preferred
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing/advertising
  • Fluent in multiple social media sites (Facebook, Instragram, LinkedIn, etc)
  • Knowledge of online sales platforms (Amazon, Etsy, eBay, etc), preferred
  • Extensive knowledge of current and relevant markets
