Machine Operator

Location: Green Bay, WI    Type: Full Time    Shift: 4×10’s days or nights   Wage: $18+ depending on shift and skill

Now hiring entry level and experienced Machine Operators:

  • NO SWING SHIFTS! You work the same days every week.

Snapshot: Machine Operators are responsible for all aspects of operating a bag-making machine with in-line printing presses. Duties include assisting with machine set-up, adjusting to maintain product quality and consistency, packaging product produced by the machine and performing periodic visual and system-based quality inspections to insure proper and consistent adherence to quality standards and customer specifications.

Baler Operator – Night Shift

Location: Green Bay, WI    Type: Full   Shift: Monday – Thursday Nights, 10 hour shifts    Wage: Based on Experience

Snapshot:  The Baler Operator is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the production floor. They assist in collecting paper scrap bins from the production floor and processing scrap through the baler machine, moving bales to designated area via forklift when complete.

Set Up & Maintenance Technician – Night Shift

Location: Green Bay, WI   Type: Full Time   Shift: Night Shift (Mon – Thurs)  Wage: up to $40.00, depending on shift & experience. 

Snapshot: We are looking for a Maintenance & Setup Technician to play a key role in keeping our equipment running at peak performance.
This is a full-time night shift position (Monday – Thursday, 40 hours per week) with paid training on day shift to ensure you’re set up for success. If you have strong mechanical skills, love problem-solving, and enjoy hands-on work, we want to hear from you.

Day Shift Print Technician

Location: Green Bay, WI   Type: Full Time   Shift: 4:00 am – 4:00 pm (Mon – Thurs)  Wage: Starting at $20.00/hr, depending on experience.

Night Shift Print Technician

Location: Green Bay, WI   Type: Full Time   Shift: 4:00 PM – 4:00 AM  Monday through Thursday  Wage: Starting at $20.00/hr, depending on experience. Earn +$2/hour shift differential

Material Handler – Night Shift

Location: Green Bay, WI    Type: Full Time   Shift: Monday – Thursday Nights (4-10s)  **Start time open for discussion, typically between 4:00pm and 6:00pm  Wage: $18 – $22 per hour – Based on Experience

Snapshot:  Material Handlers are responsible for preparing and staging materials for production and shipping functions. This includes, but is not limited to processing, verifying and completing inventory, picking orders, delivering materials to and from the production floor and a variety of other shipping/receiving related tasks.
