Machine Operator

Location: Green Bay, WI    Type: Full or Part Time   Shift: Multiple    Wage: Based on Experience

Now hiring entry level and experienced Machine Operators for all shifts:

  • NO SWING SHIFTS! You work the same days every week.
  • 3 days – 12-hour shifts (3 Days On / 4 Days Off) Mon – Wed or Thurs – Sat
  • Part Time Opportunities Available – flexibility to work around YOUR schedule
  • Opportunities available to work 36 hours and be paid for 40 hours for weekend shift

Snapshot: Machine Operators are responsible for all aspects of operating a bag-making machine with in-line printing presses. Duties include assisting with machine set-up, adjusting to maintain product quality and consistency, packaging product produced by the machine and performing periodic visual and system-based quality inspections to insure proper and consistent adherence to quality standards and customer specifications.

Daily Responsibilities Include:

  • Monitor machine operation and packaging product accurately and timely
  • Enter quality checks on the computer
  • Clearly communicate with supervisors and team members
  • Maintain a clean workspace

Requirements:

  • High School education or equivalent
  • General computer knowledge
  • General safety knowledge
  • Able to lift 50 pounds repetitively
