Experienced Maintenance Technician

Location: Green Bay, WI    Type: Full Time   Shift: Weekend Nights Wage: $22.00+/Hour

Now hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians for our Weekend Night Shift. Work 36 hours, get paid for 40 with NO SWING SHIFTS! You work the same days every week.

  • Available Shift: Weekend Nights, Thursday-Saturday (3pm – 3am), 12 Hour Shifts, No Swing, 3-4 days off
  • Weekend Shift: Work 36 / Paid for 40 plus shift Premiums

Snapshot: Maintenance Technicians are responsible for the prompt setup and ongoing changeovers required for job orders to produce product on converting equipment. Machine maintenance and light building maintenance.

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and repairing production equipment in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures
  • Assuring operation of safe and functionally-sound equipment
  • Troubleshooting machinery

Position Requirements:

  • Understanding of equipment operation and industrial maintenance procedures
  • Experience in maintenance or related field required in a manufacturing setting
  • Effective in dealing with multiple priorities and simultaneous projects
  • Demonstrate a creative approach and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to read and understand technical reference manuals
  • Ability to work well independently
  • Able to cooperate and communicate well with others
  • Well organized and attentive to detail
  • Basic computer skills
  • Knowledge of converting and/or flexographic printing a plus

Experience Requirements:

  • Five years of on-the-job experience with mechanical and electrical equipment in a manufacturing environment
  • Machining and fabrication experience helpful
  • Knowledge of converting and/or flexographic printing preferred
  • Understanding of equipment operation and maintenance procedures
  • Experience in maintenance or related field required in a manufacturing setting

Education Requirements:

  • High School Graduate or GED equivalent
  • Electromechanical degree or similar work experience preferred
  • Valid Driver’s License
